3–6 working days. Free for registered customers, €10 for guest orders. No customs handling, as the goods stay inside the EU.
Registration benefit
As a registered customer you get 15% off your first order. If you only register now and buy later, the coupon stays in your account until you use it.
Exchanges and returns
You have 30 days, and you can return it with the packaging opened — you have to try a size on. Returns are free within Hungary. We cannot take back worn, washed pieces.
Faster exchanges
If you only need a different size, email hello@luneva.hu with your order number and we will ship the new size before the old one gets back.
